It is my wish, in this unprecedented time, that you all remain healthy, safe and focus on what you can control. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. I wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Value Stream Solutions Inc.

First and foremost, our hearts and thoughts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are ill, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. We are truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers, emergency services, truck drivers, food producers, manufacturers, retailers and restaurants continuing to serve us as best they can in these very challenging times.  Your employees are truly amazing.

To our customers, we appreciate all that you have gone through to maintain operations.  The pandemic has created many new crisis to overcome and together, we will prevail.  During 2020, we quickly shifted our focus to provide online services and training so that employees could still receive the development they needed to help you succeed.  Although onsite restrictions are few and we are back to onsite visits, we will maintain our online services as our clients have realized that there is productivity gained and costs saved where online training makes sense.

We are actively working on offering online training with our amazing team so that your employee development can continue whether at home or at worksites with the technology to do so.  At any time, we are also here to talk, no matter the subject.  We know that being a leader in difficult times is when you’re most needed and, that it can feel very lonely some days too.  We are just a phone call, email or web meeting away.  We know employee training is a necessity regardless of method used to achieve it.  We assure you; we will maintain our high standards of content, delivery and learning in all formats we offer.
