Don’s 37+ years of experience include managerial positions in the manufacturing industry as well as a specialist working in marketing & servicing various customers have allowed him to problem solve and as a senior social technical system consultant (designing organizations with people in mind), facilitated the implementation of a ‘Self Directed Work Team Environments’.
