| Strategic Lean Assessment |
A detailed assessment comprised of analyzing 11 key elements of a Lean organization through interviewing, observing and data gathering. The result of this assessment is a detailed report outlining the elements, findings and the opportunities for improvement. The length of time it takes to complete the assessment depends upon the size of the organization or site. It ranges between 2 and 4 days. |

A three day training and practical application activity that identifies the real value stream opportunities for improvement and the appropriate focus areas for that improvement. The value stream map is the foundation for the identification and prioritization of future kaizen activities or six sigma projects. |

Our Kaizen train the trainer program teaches participants to be world class kaizen facilitators that can lead teams through the process of Kaizen Blitz, a rapid improvement process. Our expert facilitators are also available on an as needed basis to facilitate events for your organization. Each kaizen event has a unique focus and challenge that may include reducing setup times, creating flow or pull systems, implementing 5S or visual factory elements just to name a few. |

Our Green Belt Practitioner and Blackbelt Practitioner programs rival those of other organizations except that they can be completed in a fraction of the time at a fraction of the cost. All programs are project based so that participants can practice their skills while learning and return results to the company while being trained. We use Minitab software for project organization and statistical analysis. |
