The Will to Win
The Will to Win is a two day, experiential program designed to create a foundational culture of trust, teamwork, collaboration and to counter the unintended consequences of change. It develops effective interpersonal communication, teamwork and empowerment. Transcending mere skills training, it helps shift attitudes that sustain new behaviours.
Main Objective: To empower participants to adopt attitudes and behaviours promoting trust and teamwork in their organization.
This program covers the following topics:
1. Building teamwork and collaboration at work with others.
2. Understanding the role that trust and credibility play.
3. Creating an environment of win-win problem solving.
4. Listening with skill and understanding.
5. Taking responsibility for producing desired results.
6. Giving and receive feedback effectively.
7. Confronting others in a caring and constructive way.
8. Building self-confidence.
