PACE: Leadership Program
The PACE Leadership Program is comprised of five, high-impact modules that equip participants with the must know skills required to simplify and deal with the challenges facing today’s organizational leaders.
Based on the concepts in the best selling book “The ‘I’ of the Hurricane” by Art McNeil, we have collaborated with the author to design and develop this program to meet industry needs. At the core of the program is a revolutionary formula demonstrating the role that leadership plays in an organization and how to survive the constant bombardment of challenges.
Leadership is more than management, it is the ability to provide direction to an organization in motion. By creating the Will to Win and the desire to belong, and by developing an understanding of values, vision, signaling and appropriate response to challenge, a renewed energy will be released from within the corporate culture.
This program covers the following subjects:
1. Leadership and Management: How do you spend your time?
2. The ‘I’ of the Hurricane Model (how it all fits together)
3. Values: What you believe in.
4. Vision: Where you are going.
5. Signaling Skills: How you get people to believe, follow you, and lead their own teams.
6. Challenge: Why challenge is natural and why people challenge.
7. Appropriate Leader Response: How you respond to challenge.
