Black Belt Role:
A Black Belt fills the analysis role in improvement and innovation projects. They lead improvement-project teams and conduct the detailed analysis required for the DMAIC methodologies.
Value Stream Solutions Inc. provides an intensive four-week training program in statistical problem solving the the context of DMAIC approach to problem resolution. The participants develop technical and managerial skills through this training and from on-the-job application of this training.
The four Black Belt training sessions follow the DMAIC methodology (DMAIC Training Methodology and Tools). The schedule for each session is three days:
