Green Belt Practitioner

Six Sigma Greenbelt Practitioner

Our Six Sigma Greenbelt Practitioner Training Program is a 6 to 8 day highly focused training event structured to give you quantifiable tools that will help you drive waste out of your organization.

This training gives people the ability to lead smaller project teams to create Six Sigma improvements in processes. A typical Greenbelt project results in $20,000 to $200,000 in savings for the company. Greenbelts are typically part-time project leaders as they have their regular responsibilities to take care of as well. They should be able to complete 2 to 3 projects per year. Greenbelt training provides in depth training and practice of the Six Sigma Road Map and tools. Some of the details of the heavily statistical tools are not covered because they are not typical of Greenbelt projects.

This six day program is spread out over 2 to three months and is project based so that each participant can practice the tools on their own project in their own organization.

Our material was written to be used in conjunction with Minitab Software and we recommend Minitab for the statistical analysis and documentation of project data. You may purchase Minitab or licenses from minitab.com.
