Six Sigma Blackbelt Practitioner
Our Six Sigma Blackbelt Practitioner Training Program is an 8 to 10 day highly focused training event structured to give you quantifiable tools that will help you drive waste out of your organization.
This training gives people the ability to lead larger project teams to create Six Sigma improvements in processes. A typical Blackbelt project results in $50,000 or greater in savings for the company. Blackbelts are typically full-time project leaders as their role is to find improvement opportunities and lead change. They should be able to complete 3 to 6 projects per year. Blackbelt training provides in depth training and practice of the Six Sigma Road Map and tools.
This eight to ten day program is spread out over 2 to three months and is project based so that each participant can practice the tools on their own project in their own organization.
